A developer fron NY was in town real early about this what's the outcome.

If City park can come back why can't Carrolton.

Maybe the owner can work with small businesses in the Carrolton area and come up with somethings.

I am willing to listen.

We had a chance in a lifetime to re-vision and rebuild this City, and instead, we give away money to people with business plans from the 1950's. This looks too much like the Carrollton Shopping Center which has been a barely-functioning eyesore since the late-70's.
