		<description>yes this is something we have been waiting for, for oh so long, although so far, the delivery for pilings has been between 4 and 5 am and very noisy and disruptive for the surrounding homeowners.  I spoke with the contractor yesterday and he assured me all other activity will not begin before 7am as is mandated in the City Ordinance.  For those of us who are directly effect each day by the noise and traffic it is important that they adhere to the guidelines in that Ordinance....for our safety and our sanity.  Target date is set for July 20th although if it gets finished faster it can only be a good thing.</description>
