Well, I guess some New Years revelers decided to shoot off some fireworks and set this house on fire.
The Fire Chief told me that someone was arrested.

Fireworks? Well, knowing who the owner of this property is, and knowing that he has been trying to sell it, and knowing that he was denied demolition, and knowing that he wants to sell it to someone who wants to turn it into a parking lot, I’d say that arson is a much better bet.
