What can be done about the illegal street signs on Carrollton? Oak Street Cafe is a huge problem always littering Carrollton Ave with those ugly signs. People should stop supporting those businesses that litter Carrollton Ave. You do not see Jacque Mos, Maple Leaf, Zots, Gelato, Rue, Mona etc., littering Carrollton Ave. Fines should be given out.

OK I’m about six months late in responding but here some info I put together on dealing with street spam in New Orleans: http://twangster.livejournal.com/910.html
The short answer to the original question is pick up the signs and toss them in the trash.
