A Big Thanks
Last month we had a group of energetic teenagers from World Changers here to help out, paint clean, sort and eat gumbo.
Thanks to everyone who helped and a big Thanks to Helm Paint for sending over paint, a power washer and advice to get our Lions back in shape.

Absolutely- although I wish they were still yellow, it’s very nice to have them looking sharp. Well done, all those involved.

You know I too wasn’t sure I liked the white lions. Neither was my daughter… and a few others in the neighborhood. But I suggested that we all live with them for a little while. You would think that after everthing we’ve been through the past 3 (now OMG) Decembers that we’d not be phased by change BUT changing the lions from yellow to white was a bigger deal than you’d think. It’s been a few months and the white with chocolate base has grown on me. Check out the cheerful holiday wreaths

Thanks for putting the wreaths on NOLA J. They look great as always. And thanks for sticking up for my choice of colors. They were not supposed to be so very white - the color I selected seemed grayer on the sample strip. Anyway, thanks for the support!!!
