Thanks

Since my Blogging skills are still in their infancy I depend on the Kindness of Strangers,{ is that Ashley with Blanche?} to help me thru the tall grass of ignorance. having said that I thank Alan for waking me from slumber , Editor B for biking over to my house and being the Sighted leading the Blind.

Ray for linking when I didn’t know what a link was, Maitri for some great reads while we were Evacuated to Austin. Loki for being a Warrior.

Schroeder, Seymour, Gentilly Girl , Adrastos, Oyster, Lisa who proves cute and a geek are not mutually exclusive.
and some others that I have forgotten,You all have made me realize that we can impact the process of rebuilding just by Showing Up and being unafraid to Speak

Also the Fabby folks from Mid City, Michael for Teaching the Children well. Also Mark for making stuff happen.

So nice to have met you the other night.

Are you from Pittsburg? My honey is from that city… always talks about the place. I’m scared to death that she might relocate us there.

No, In fact I do not think I have ever been there..could that be true??

Thank you for stopping by my sight. If you need any help, feel free to ask. I will put up a link to your sight on mine.

I admire everything you are doing to help rebuild NOLA. I’m a native but have been in Tampa for 3 years now working on a PhD–I feel completely helpless here but i am so close to finishing, I can’t abandon the efforts now. I just wish I could be home to attend the meetings you speak of and DO something; however, as this post indicates, you and many others are documenting your efforts on blogs and for that I applaud you. Hell, you may even end up in my dissertation! ;)

I ws nice seeing you in a less formalized environment. I must say that is one of the best compliments I have received in a long time…
