Festival of Planning

This just in from Gov. Blanco sounds like we will at least have the concept of a plan, hey it has only been 10 months since the Apocalypse

Here we are awaiting a plan, awaiting a planner and awaiting Federal money to rebuild. Stay tuned to this site for an announcement regarding a Festival of Planning.
