We Need A Plan
While the rest of the country seems to be aware of the lack of planning in New Orleans most of us who live here are so busy trying to fix and reclaim properties that we are unaware of what is going on. According to the Sunday New York Times it would seem that we are a rudderless ship. While we talk about Planning and Meet about Planning the real planning is going on behind our backs. It is time to call a halt to all new development, get a grasp of the task at hand and proceed forward with a clear and unified vision.
